Of course! To easily manage your end users, we offer free blesta licenses with all our reseller hosting plans!

In most simple words, 1 inode = 1 file.

Limits are set per user and not per reseller account.

If you are coming from either a Cpanel hosting or Directadmin hosting, as long as you can provide us with a complete copy of your backup (not individual directories/files), we will take care of the restoration in no time! Please pop in a sales ticket :).
Coming from a non traditional control panel? Or no panel at all? Please reach out to us and we will work with you to develop a tailormade solution.
We offer up to 10 free migration request (not 10 user but 10 request) per month. Anything more than that will incur a cost of $0.50/migration. In doubt? Reach out to us for clarification :).

For your peace of mind, we take nightly backup of all our shared and reseller hosting accounts. We offer up to 5 free restoration per month. Anything more than that will incur a cost of $0.50/restoration. Backups files are rotated every 72 hours.
Please note: While we do our best to protect your data, end of the day, your data is 100% your responsibility.

Of course! .Not only do we offer one click app installer, but for you and your end users convenient, we include super simple drag and drop site builder, for no additional cost!

While we can not predict the future, we firmly believe that customer should pay exactly what they have signed up for! To protect our customers from any kind of price increase, every plan/promo is guaranteed to remain the same for at least 2 years or the Maximum Duration of the existing service period (whatever the highest), unless stated otherwise in the product/promo description. In the event of a price increase, you, our customer, will be notified at least 30 days before the end of your billing cycle.
